Sun Flour Baking Company Vegan Cookies My husband surpised me with a variety pack of Sun Flour Baking Company Vegan Cookies this past week. While I love to cook all things vegan, I am not a baker. Reason number one - I am horrible at it. And reason number two - I'll eat the whole batch, regardless of the results.

The variety pack from Sun Flour Baking Company contains their four best sellers -- Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter, Lemony Lemon and German Chocolate. The company describes the cookies as...

"Smooth, creamy, dense and chewy, you won't believe your taste buds when you bite into these delicous treats! A whole pound of 16 mini cookies (4 of each flavor!)"

If you like crisp, thin cookies, these delights are not for you. The Chocolate Chip variety reminded me of cookie dough with that same chewy texture. It was delicious and I immediately creaved for vegan vanilla ice cream to make an vegan ice cream sandwhich.

Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie

I found the Peanut Butter, Lemony Lemon and German Chocolate varieties to be tasty, as well. Again, these are very chewy, dough-like cookies, so take this into consideration depending on your preferences. The Chocolate Chip was my favorite and next time I will request a bag of just these.
