The pourable liquid scramble (12 oz bottle) lists: water, mung bean protein isolate, expeller-pressed canola oil, dehydrated onion, gellan gum, carrot extractives, natural flavors, turmeric extractives, potassium citrate, salt, soy lecithin, sugar, tapioca syrup solids, tetrasodium pyrophosphate, transglutaminase, and nisin (a natural preservative derived from bacterial fermentation).
